The Library Board of Trustees has 4 seats up for election this spring. Two seats are full terms of 6 years; two are partial terms of 2 years.
The Library Board is the elected group of individuals that governs the library. Meetings are typically on the fourth Monday of every month at 6:30 PM in the library.
Interested people living in the Oglesby Public Library District are invited to stop by the library to pick up a petition packet. Candidates must be qualified voters living in the Oglesby Public Library District and must obtain at least 12 signatures on their petitions.
Packets are due back to the library between December 12 at 10:00 AM and December 19 at 5:00 PM
